HOOLOOMANN PROJECT SERVICES LTD is the offshore arm of H&A operating in the Indian Ocean region with active projects in Seychelles, Maldives, Sri Lanka and India. All support services are provided by our main office in Mauritius with the local project teams in each country handling the day to day fieldwork.  Our IT network ensures that images and information are transferred instantly across the various sites, which enables us to provide an international standard of service competitively for our clients.
